Abstract
Rural-urban links play an extraordinary role in rural development and their dynamism. So that the city is mentioned as the engine of rural development. For this reason, in order to recognize and understand the change in the nature and intensity of rural-urban interactions over time, comprehensive studies are needed. One of the main roles of rural-urban interactions in the development process, capital flow and financial and monetary exchanges in various forms, including individual or family or government investments (in which the public sector can implement various development projects in this Areas) that are provided to rural workers and farmers for investment in rural areas. The purpose of this study is to investigate urban-rural relations in rural development with emphasis on urban investments in the development of the study area. The type of this research is descriptive-analytical and the data are collected based on documentary and survey methods. The statistical population of this study is the permanent residents of the studied villages and the owners of the investment that have been randomly studied. SUPER DECISION statistical methods and ANP software were used to analyze the data. The results of this study indicate that there is no significant relationship between urban investments and the development of rural areas around it and these investments are effective. They do not have an employment index
