Abstract
Today, the issue of cooperation and togetherness given the current situation in the Sistan region is very important and necessary. Form cooperative action group to form an intellectual base within the enterprise with dynamic people in the organization. These people get together will create a group, The person who will assume the group's management challenges and will be facing a lot of highs and lows. In this study, factors affecting the management of agricultural cooperatives relied on experts and field visits have been discussed as a target. In this context, the Delphi method as a way to obtain expert opinions and approaches to structuring systematic information obtained is used DEMATEL. These methods are used in a multivariate decision. In the research, after a brief review of nesseseries, Methods used have been investigated. Then, the process of adopting practices to identify, categorize and how mutual influence on each other factors that may directly or indirectly be considered for the. the factors prioritizes within the framework of mathematical indices is the results of which are then offered complementary manner DEMATEL. Finally, analysis of mathematical indices in order to achieve the results discussed administrative and functional.
