Abstract

Today, in assessing the quality of life in cities, attention to environmental safety and public spaces is one of the important indicators of urban livability and is considered as one of the important goals of urban planning and management. Urban parks are the main element in leisure and relaxation for the well-being and comfort and safety in life, so the quality of the distribution of parks and the facilities and services provided to increase the safety of parks for citizens. The aim of this research is pathology of public spaces of Zabol city parks with emphasis on safety and welfare services and this research is based on a combination of descriptive-analytical methods and based on library, documentary and field studies. Data analysis was performed using ARC GIS and SPSS software and one-sample t-test and Duncan and ranking with ARAS decision model. The results show that the evaluation and analysis of the impact of the level of welfare services based on Duncan Park Jacob Leith test has the lowest value and Mellat Park has the highest score and in evaluating and analyzing the impact of safety level of equipment and equipment based on Duncan Park Mellat test the lowest value and Jacob Park Leith has the highest score. The ranking of Zabol city parks in terms of the level of welfare services using the ARAS multi-criteria decision-making model shows that Mellat Park has the highest and Yaghoub Laith Park has the lowest level of utility with the indicators of the level of welfare services and in the park ranking. In terms of safety level, Zabol city using ARAS multi-criteria decision-making model shows that Yaghoub Laith Park has the highest and Mellat Park has the lowest utility with safety level indicators.
