Abstract

Besides The rapid urban growth and physical development of rapid and significant changes in the structural and functional quality which has caused consequently, the problems with the new requirements in the field of urban planning has been proposed. Because of the nature of the traditional and the existence of the unipolar context and focus and density too, Uremia metropolis in the central part and the user with respect to the high per capita car ownership with traffic problems and difficulties encountered. This research is aimed at understanding the consequences of inappropriate distribution of user (commercial land use) on urban traffic, application and research development of type-descriptive-analytical methods the data collection methods and documents-a questionnaire and direct harvest data and information. In this analysis we used Arc GIS software and statistical soft wares. The results showed that the 51/66 percentage of inner-city trips with the goal of going to the commercial centers indicates that a large role in the urban commercial traffic compared to other land use entries. According to the survey, it seems that locating land uses (commercial) based on the principles of urban planning and the division was not ground. So, the focus of this survey is high utilization in central part of the city resulted in a range of function the radius of interference in this region and the lack of proper access to the urban areas to a wide range of this type of land use. The focus of the most efficient method in terms of daily trips to this part of town is the central part of the city's traffic problems resulting from such a condition.
