Abstract

human beings live in societies .every society have cultural community. But elements of culture may be transform from one system to other system. Every human society have special social and cultural systems, that generally specific and unique manifestation of the culture of the community. Culture, or way of life of human societies including the economy, the environment, food and clothing, housing, politics, customs, marriage and kinship systems, religious and metaphysical thoughts and all human and inhuman affairs . The purpose of this study ,is spatial analysis of factors affecting cultural development of households living in border villages of Sistan. The method used in this study is the combination of analytical , descriptive and cross-sectional. The number of study were all households living in villages located at a distance 10 kilometers from the Iranian border with Afghanistan. The sample of villages, were calculated according to the number of villages with more than 100 households and by using Cochran formula.Then, the sample size of households has been set according to the number of households in selected villages ( 34villages), using Cochran formula. questionnaire were used for data gathering . It also analyzes information through Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Expert Choice software and ARCGIS with the help of statistical and spatial analyzes and research has been done by using SPSS software . The results reveal that the level of activity or effectiveness of Culture with an average of 4/79is most effective in educating residents of border villages. Mann Whitney test showed that the quantity and quality of facilities in 34border villages have significant differences with %77confidence .On the other hand, the level of participation in cultural activities in 34villages have significant differences with each other .
