Abstract
Nowadays, different types of cancers are biggest bio hazardous humankind such as colorectal cancer which is one of the dangerous and widespread cancers in worldwide. The aim of this study was to evaluated relationship between polymorphism in CYP1B1, Cytochrome p450 family member, and paraffin embedded colorectal samples. DNA extraction was conducted as mentioned in Material and Methods sections and using precise designed primers, PCR was conducted to amplify CYP1B1. After cloning in pIRES-GFP vectors and for sequencing, samples were transfer to Macrogene Company. The analysis of results show no significant differences between CYP1B1 sample related to references from database. It is recommended to confirm these results, more colorectal samples belong to larger regions are evaluated.
