Abstract
Sustainable development refers to the existing facilities for all people of the world and future generations into better living conditions. It is necessary to use critical resources and facilities available and the balance in the urban environment (in all aspects of economic, social, environmental and physical) and seeking to develop a comprehensive and sustainable structure for the organization of a deal is to properly evaluate the experiences gained from previous generations and the thought of the city, in the proper. Zabol in terms of geography, history, abundant human resources shares a common border with neighboring ethnic, religious and cultural variety of the country's comparative various advantages that should be seriously considered in the development trend. For this, the problem has mentioned for which factors in lack of Zabol development had been affected, and it shows the importance of study and research in the course of sustainable development based on environmental capacities and human indexes. In this research, information with using field and librarian studies collected and by Cochran formula, 322 persons above 15 years and 20 persons from experts, managers and authorities chosen for filling up questionnaire. In this questionnaire, indicators of four dimensions sustainable urban development (environmental, economic, social and physical – special) have been studied. By SPSS software, information has been analyzed and the hypotheses have been tested. Then with model (AHP) for Zabol city Sustainable development each of indicators of human development and environmental has been surveyed. Geographic Information System (GIS) is also used to display locations and urban development. The results show that role of human indicators in the lack of Zabol sustainable development is more obvious than other factors. Finally, applied and practical suggestions are presented.
