Abstract

Today, there are significant changes in attitudes to space and risks aroundthe world. AttitudeObjective Resilience to Threats is actually how objective space capabilities are impacted in the form of infrastructure to enhance resilience and identify different dimensions of urban resilience. According to this approach, risk reduction programs should seek to create and strengthenFeatures resilient. In order for a large complex like the city to be efficient and resilient to its complexities, there is a need for principles. The purpose of this study is to identify the role of objective resiliency in the development of Zabul, inorder to identify the urban system to use appropriate planning to increase resilience and reduce risk factors. The present study attempts to strengthen the urban system by identifying resilience factors through objective resilience through the infrastructure resilience index. The methodology used in this study is a combination of field, library and descriptive-analytical methods. The statistical population of the study is the Zabol city area The present study attempts to strengthen the urban system by identifying resilience factors through objective resilience through the infrastructure resilience index. The methodology used in this study is a combination of field, library and descriptiveanalytical methods. The statistical population of the study was Zabol city areas which were evaluated using SPSS software and Vikor model as well as by optimum and GIS maps. According to the available information, the city of Zabol is an unstable and unstable state of affairs that can be achieved by selecting appropriate planning through objective space resilience and identifying effective capacities.
