Abstract
One of the most important tasks of financing public bodies such as municipal services. Although municipalities' financial resources can be obtained in different ways, they are not all characterized by sustainable incomes. A sustainable urban income system, apart from the need to maximize local revenues within legal frameworks and receive maximum central government assistance and local levels of local governance, depends on the structural formation of the city's political institutions and local governance laws. Accordingly, the main purpose of the present study is to investigate the pathology of the municipality of Adimi with emphasis on sources of income and its impact on the structure of sustainable urban development through the identification and explanation of sources of income. The research method is a combination of descriptive, analytical and comparative method. Their expert and expert opinions have been used. The data analysis tools used in this study were Spss and Excel software. Also, in order to offer a recommendation for the sustainability of Edimi municipality revenues, the prioritization of income codes based on sustainability components was carried out using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). According to the results, it was found that 23.10% of the 5-year average income from revenue sources in Adimi was collected and 76.90% of revenues, VAT and state aid and. .. It has been deposited into the municipality's account, indicating a strong dependency on municipal revenue sources for government assistance. It also identified the relationship between sustainable municipal revenues and urban management performance, with proper and proper municipal revenue management performance turning into sustainable and continuous revenue for the municipality, reducing municipalities' dependence on unstable revenues, most notably aid. It is a government grant.
