Abstract

Cobalt is a silver-gray metal with the Co mark. The necessity of cobalt for plants has not yet been proven, although it is useful for the growth of some plants.Cobalt, on the other hand, is a heavy element that discharges into the soil along with some wastewater and waste.Due to the widespread applications of magnetic nanoparticles (MNPSs) in the environment, biotechnology, engineering, a great deal of attention has been devoted to the preparation of MNPS types.Various methods have been proposed to alleviate the deficiency of trace elements in plants, such as soil and foliar application.. In order to investigate the effect of cobalt ferrite on physiological parameters and chemical constituents of evergreen medicinal plant, a factorial experiment in a completely randomized design with ٣ replications in the Educational and Research Greenhouse of the rest of the ... Crop cultivation was performed ٩٦-٩٦.. Cobalt ferrite was determined by two factors. Factorol: The type of application was applied at ٢ levels (soil and foliar application) and the second factor was the concentration of cobalt nanofertilizer at ٨ levels (٠٫٢٥،٢٥،١٠٠،٢٠٠،٢٠٠،٨٠٠،١٢٠٠ppm).Evergreen root (Calendula officinalis L.) was sown and ٤٥ days after the end of plant growth period, the shoot was removed from the crown and transferred to the laboratory after determination of shoot fresh weight. The roots were separated slowly by a ٢ mm sieve and washed with water and then transferred to the laboratory for subsequent stages.Analysis of variance showed that different sources and levels of cobalt ferrite had a significant effect on all measured parameters. And stem diameter, fresh and dry weight of shoots and leaf chlorophyll content (a, b, carotenoid) of the plant were always spring,It had a significant effect (at one percent level) on all parameters studied. The highest levels of most of the plant growth indices were obtained through interactions with foliar application of ١٢٠٠ mg / kg. Thus, the superiority of foliar application in most growth indices and chlorophylls can be deduced.
