Abstract
Cities have historically been influenced by a range of natural, political, economic, social, cultural and technological factors in different demographic, physical and social dimensions. Since today's features and problems of the city and its future changes are influenced by these forces and mechanisms, in order to understand and understand the physical problems of urban development in order to guide and control the sustainable growth and development of the city in the future, the study of the changes in the physical changes of the city in periods Prior is necessary. This research is descriptive-analytical based on library studies and field studies. The purpose of this research is to investigate and identify the factors that create the core of the city of Adimi and to study the factors affecting the development and development of the city of Adimi in decades past, present and future, and the analysis of the natural and human factors affecting it. Finally, with the goal of the future development of the future development of the city of Adimi, we collected the most influential indicators in this field, including the four-dimensional planning and management descriptors, economic, social, natural and infrastructural, and a total of 20 sub-indicators related to them. Subsequently, using scenarios for future study models such as Mic Mac and Scenario Wizard. The results of this study indicate that future futures studies models provide six possible scenarios for effective planning in the targeted development of the city of Adimi.
