Abstract
Today, the consumption of healthy and quality food is an important issue for most people in the community, including these can be pointed to Sistani yellow wheat, which is rich in lactobacilli and other nutrients. Bacteria are a normal lactic acid, which, in the case of Adequate consumption will have health benefits, in addition to nutritional benefits. These health benefits include the prevention of bacterial diarrhea, skin eczema, and the recent prevention and control of various cancers by stimulating the immune system, modifying the composition of the normal flora of the digestive, urinary and genital tract, and preventing the carcinogenic activity of enzymes and other methods It is also possible. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of Lactobacillus isolated from Sistani yellow wheat on the growth of the tumor cell line of the U87MG multiforme glioblastoma. In the laboratory, using the MRS Lactobacillus medium, extracts the bacteria in the yellow currant and then treat the cells with supernatant or directly with the bacteria. To test the metabolic activity of the cells, we perform the MTT test, and then IC50 is calculated. After obtaining IC50, the cells were treated with IC 50 concentration for 48 hours and then examined with apoptosis in the U87MG cell line by flow cytometry. The results showed that lactobacilli is effective in the formation of a multinational tumorigliothrostoma and causes the death of cancer cells. According to the results obtained from this study, the effect of lactobacillus on cancer cells requires further studies and The use of modern methods for the intake of lactobacilli is recommended in the treatment of prostate cancer, including cancer.
