Abstract
There is a direct connection between the risk of accidents on the roads and the cost-benefit ratio of immunization impact. The Urban priority for immunization is important. Considering road safety priorities with the risk of accident, it is necessary to use quantitative methods for determination of dangerous conditions. Risk index ranking of streets or intersections are used in safety studies. Regarding this matter, the present study aimed to assess and set priorities risk pathways index in Zabol city. An Analytical method based on a library of documents, researches, and the type of field studies and surveys are used. For data analysis, we used the software ARC GIS, SPSS and Auto cad, 3-D MAX and fuzzy VICOR model. The results show that more than 60% of respondents admit to poor road safety and risk indicators for the safety of the city's main thoroughfares has not been met. Finally, according to the analysis carried out in the streets of Zabol city, guidelines are provided to strengthen safety
