Abstract
The poultry industry in Iran is one of the largest industries in terms of investment volume but unfortunately, it has always been a lot of problems because of its structural design, both in construction and in terms of production methods. In this regard, the present study was conducted to investigate the causes of inability and inactivity of industrial poultry in rural areas of Sistan. The research method is descriptive-analytical. The documentary method is used to survey the history and explanation of the problem, and a survey method has been used to collect information related to the poultry industry in the region. In this regard, 55 villages with poultry were considered as participants of research. Then, 75 poultry managers in these villages were selected to complete the research questionnaires. Excel, Spss and ArcGIS and tests such as Spearman correlation test, ANOVA and Scheffe analysis analyzed data obtained from the questionnaire. Generally, the results show that economic factors such as high prices of chickens and high feeding costs of poultry have the most impact on the failure and inactivity of poultry industry in Sistan.
