Abstract

The purpose of this study is to assess the effect of entrepreneurial organizations on women's employment across Nimrouz villages. The sample volume is selected using the Cochran formula and the Reform formula for 31 villages. Also, based on the Cochran formula, 380 female entrepreneurs are considered. The research method is based on reviewing library references, doing field studies, and filling out the questionnaire. The collected data are analyzed using Chi-square and T-test in SPSS software. In addition, according to the findings of the research have also VICOR and hierarachical analysis AHP model, the village of Faghir lashkari with the score of 0.9142 has the highest level of development, while the village of Hasan Abad with the score of 0.1645 is the least developed. In general, the results indicate is a significant relationship between entrepreneurial organizations in terms of creating women's employment in socio-economic areas. Therefore, it is suggested that entrepreneurial organizations provide loans for employment and low interest rates for banks and provide training courses for rural women in relation to business and self-employment for rural women in this area.
