Abstract
Agro -Processing Industries and Agricultural and Animal Products Factories are a Step towards the Creation of Sustainable Jobs, Increasing income, ensure the Public Health, and Enhance the Quality of Rural Life. The Most Important Effects of Syvastan Milk Factory in the Study area can be the Increase of Employment Opportunities in Various Sectors of Livestock, Industry, and etc. In this Regard, the Aim of the Research is Studying Syvastan Milk Factory of Zahak Township and the Undeniable Importance of the Factory in Development and Improvement the Quality of Rural Life. The Date of this Research Consist of the Entire Rural Households in Zahak Township, the Sample Size of Cochran Formula Were Determined 376 Households. Research in this Study is Descriptive Analytic Which is based on Field Studies of E-Library (Questionnaire). The Statistical Software SPSS is used to Analyze the Data and ArcGIS10 Expert Choice Software is Used to Analyze Spatial Data. According to the Wilcoxon Test, Results Show that Space-Physical and State Welfare Indicator, After the Establishment of the Plant, With an Average of 3.66 and 3.50 Syvastan Milk Have Acquired First and Second Rank, and the Social and Economic Indicators With an Average 3.40 and 3.23 have acquired third and fourth rank and at the end The results suggest that the milk factory Syvastan Increase the Quality of Life in Surrounding Villages
