Abstract
In recent years, different approaches and measures have been taken to achieve the goals of rural development, the most important of which is the implementation of different rural guide plans. The implementation of these plans will bring about widespread changes in rural areas that affect the lives of villagers. Accordingly, the present research aimed to study the rural guide plans and their effects in the Central District of Darab County in Fars Province. The documentary method was used to review the records and explain the problem. The required data were collected from rural areas using the survey method. The collected data were statistically analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics and spatial analysis in Excel, Expert Choice, SPSS, and ArcGIS. Research results showed that the implementation of the guide plans have improved the livability status, tourism and the transformation in the lifestyle of the villagers in the studied villages at a confidence level of 99%; based on the Paired Samples T test. Also based on the results of the Regression test, infrastructure actions and services have had the greatest impact on the improvement of the globalization of the characteristics of the villages.
