Abstract

Smart buildings incorporate a dynamic and cost-effective environment to reduce energy. Since the cities are developing towards smart buildings, the use of optimal design, architecture, urban planning and urban planning methods to save fuel and energy in the building is a necessity and fundamental principle, both nationally and internationally. In this regard, the purpose of this research is to The feasibility and planning of urban smart buildings with an emphasis on clean energies (Case Study: the city of Zahedan( . The research method is analytically- applied based on library, documentary, and field studies. To analyze the data used of SPSS, Expert Choice software and FUZZY models. The statistical population of this research is the Zahedan City area, where the clean energy projects (smart buildings) are currently being piloted (experimental). The results of prioritizing the economic, social, physical and environmental dimensions from the experts' point of view, using the Expert Choice Software, showed that the economic dimension with the obtained weight was 0.450 and the physical dimension of 0.189 Have the highest and lowest weights. the results of measuring the state of development level of Zahedan city in the dimensions (economic, social, physical and environmental) with regard to clean energies using fuzzy model showed that in the output of the fuzzy inference system in MATLAB software is 0.45, which shows that they have the highest level of importance in terms of economic, environmental, social and physical dimensions. The results of the ranking of clean energies in intelligent buildings in Zahedan (Solar, Wind, Blue, Biomass, Biogas, Earth Energy) from experts' point of view, using Expert Choice software, indicate that, among the energies in question, Wind energy with the obtained weight is 0.330, and the water energy with the weight of 0.066 have the highest and lowest weights. The results of the level of intelligent building intelligence development for using clean energies using fuzzy logic showed that the output of the fuzzy inference system in MATLAB software is equal to 0.39 which describes the low level of use based on the energy described. Among these Indicators after determining the membership function and normalization of data have received the importance spectrum in the order of wind energy index, solar energy, biogas energy, land energy, biomass and water energy. Finally, the results of this research and the scientific activities of related disciplines and executive organizations in the city of Zahedan, especially in area one, show that the environmental and environmental potential and technical knowledge of the feasibility and planning of the building Smart City has provided. This situation is only in terms of clean energy (solar and wind) and its intelligent equipment. But in the dimensions of other modern technologies, intelligent buildings (Nano-materials and ...) require scientific and executive research.
