Abstract

Mites Compulsory ectoparasites of the blood-eaters belonging to the category of aphids, which cause bruises, bruises, stress and inflammation, and tenderness, weakness and weight loss, and, eventually, death. Mites are important in medicine and veterinary medicine through the transfer of various pathogens such as Crimean Congo fever, tick paralysis, Bonotose fever, Lyme disease, Q fever, and others. Anaplasmosis is a Rickettsia of Anaplasma with a tick vector that has high levels of activity, is inoculated and not directly transmitted , and affects wild and domesticated poisons. It is common in tropical and subtropical regions, and from Spring to early Autumn , the most abundan is June and the lowest is April. From progressive anemia , it leads to excessive weight loss and death. This contamination is present in Sistan region and causes significant damage to the livestock in the regions. In this study, 50 heifers with clinical signs of anaplasmosis were confirmed and their presence in the blood was confirmed. Meanwhile, the number of ticks on the livestock body (hands, feet, back of the ear, on the tail, etc.) was recorded, and a number of ticks were removed from the body of each animal with cotton, pence and alcohol, and in a container containing ethanol alcohol to the laboratory Species of the tick were transmitted. The results of this study showed that 129 mites were collected from 89 Hyaloma (68.9%), 35 Rhipicephalus (27.1%) and 4 Haemophysalis (3.1%) on cows Anaplasmosis was found to be the main carriers of the parasite, and the results confirmed the high presence of Hyaloma mite in cows with anaplasmosis in the region. Chi square test and SPSS software showed that there was no significant correlation between age of cows Can be infected in any age group but there was a significant relationship between sex (p < ./ 005).
