Abstract

Today employment is the most important concern of the country. Which most of the provinces suffer from. And the provision of employment will increase the survival of the villagers. In order to realize employment in each village, capacities are strengthened and implemented through implementation of identificatiol. Project MENARID aims to improve the living conditions of rural communities through engagement with government agencies and united nations participation in the running. Based on drought in 17 years in the Sistan area including Hamoon, this area faced with a wide risks and challenges such as environmental degradation and damage to natural resources and, more importantly, rising unemployment and the dismantling of employment. So, goal of this study is investigation and examination of capacity of employment for people in four village in Hamoon including Keikha, Boland,Sanchooli, and Poodineh related to MENARID project. The present research method is a descriptive-analytical method based on assessment of documents and questionnaire survey. To analysis information by using One Sample T Test the Analytical Hierarchy Process AHP & VICKOR under EXPERT CHOICE & SPSS software, at the first, weight-related indicators was determined and then the potential of the rural employment capacity related to MENARID scheme was studied by using standardization of data in GIS software. This capacity was measured based on the economic dimension indicators which is less than 3 moderate.
