Abstract

Delinquency and criminal behavior is complex and multidimensional process, which affected the interaction of environmental factors and individual nature areas. Delinquency is a very complex social phenomenon that occurs in many forms in different social environments. Among the issues that the border regions are faced with insecurity and social anomalies in these areas. This study aimed to identify risk factors for delinquency in border villages in Sistan and conditions facilitating the crime in this area is done. Research methodology, analytical and evidence-based study and field surveys of resources. The study consisted of families living at a distance of 10 kilometers from the Iranian border with Afghanistan. In this study, using a sample of 350 households were defined as households. Analysis of data using the model Kopras (copras) software, ArcGIS and Spss been done and finally in addition to leveling villages of the crime, the effectiveness of social, economic and environmental criminality border villages also investigated will be. According to the information available it appears that among the factors affecting the crime, the economic turmoil has the most important role.
