Abstract
with attention to important of house and its deep connection with social stability and rural development, engage that in is very necessary. This problem with rural population ever in creasing growth took more dimensions. In this regarding, assessment of the house development policies in rurals social stability is from problems that with attention to the programs and policies collection from government side and planning suitable pattern collection is necessary. The present research examination method is constant as follows three parts: 1) Library and attributive studies. 2) Search and square understandings. 3) In formation analysis. Regularly to basis of research in the viewpoint of politics theoretical, examination case to basis of research problem resting in this Level with use from books and dissertations and research-scientific articles, basis of theoretical communi cating with compilative research subject rested examination case. With classify Literature, subject, description and its spread explanation turn came compilation and collection of square averages in confined of study case. The method of information gathering is two form that formal information from statistics center of Iran and organizations and Local administrations and also complementally information received questionnairly.
