Abstract
Rural development as a basic strategy would increase the standard of living and quality of life, boost rural industries, The supply of goods and services, comforts to enhance the quality of life, Rural people's participation in development planning and etc. One of the main challenge facing development in the country,is lack of attention to rural and low-level rural development As an important strategy to achieve goals The causes is of rural poverty in these areas. The present study is to assess the level of rural development and Comparative poverty In two rural district zilaei and dashtrum takes place in the city Boyerahmad. This research the analytical an method and is based on a literature review, documentary and field. The population of rural areas is Zilayi Rural District includes 43 villages and dashtrum Rural District 43 villages, that Using a sharp and correction formula for example respectively, 77 and 07 villages were selected. Then, using the formula of Cochrane in Zilayi Rural District from 0447 and in the dashtrum Rural District 0702 households 367 samples in proportion of households in each village in the two rural district relevant is selected. to analyze results of questionnaire U-Mann Whitney test Through software SPSS and To obtain the required maps from GIS software is used.The results show that Economic factors than other human factors Rural Development is at a lower level in two Rural District zilaei and dashtrum. And economic factors most important causes is of rural poverty in the two rural districts. That the natural factors of development, in Zilayi geographic isolation is lower than other indices As a result of (geographical isolation) The Rural District is the most important factor in the lack of development. But And in the Rural District dashtrum Between the natural factors of rural development, To arrange appropriate quality indices of water resources and And the right atmospheric precipitation Was lower than other indices And has the greatest impact on poverty.
