Abstract
Culture of the most important issues affecting the development of human societies and there is no culture can continue biology societies. The term cultural development in recent years been common and topics related to a decade ago has been formed. Cultural development can give to end the conflict that there is between tradition and modernity and between places and habitats. Cultural planning make up the cultural resources of a society. The purpose of this study, Identification and representation and analysis of rural development of central county of Rostam township is the cultural dimension. Central County of Rostam Township can be remarkable in terms of great capabilities, especially in agriculture and patient talent strategic location and its potential. The statistical study of the villages is all over 20 households in central county of Rostam township, which included 53 villages. Method used in this study is descriptive-analysis method. For collecting information's and data's have been used method librarydocuments and field studies. Finally, for data analysis is used of software SPSS and Arc GIS. Also, analysis and assumptions used to reach the result has been the model "Morris inharmonious index". The results showed that related to between the level of villages having of cultural facilities and demographic conditions but there is no relationship with environmental conditions. The results also showed that are no relationship between cultural programs and social and geographical conditions
