The Sphecidae (Sensu lato) is one of the largest families order Hymenoptera and because of the complexity of behavior, predation life and relationship with superfamily Apoidea have had an important place and of great importance in biological control of pests. In the present study Sampling was conducted from Sistan region in the years 2015-2016. Several examples were collected with sweeping net and Malaise trap. The specimens were identified using morphological characters keys to genus level and in some cases to species level identification to final confirmation for Dr. Christian Schmid-Egger In Germany sent. In a taxonomic study of the family 20 species from 11 genera and 5 subfamily Astatinae, Bembicinae, Crabroninae, and one sample were identified to genus level Species, including: Ammophila rubripes Spinola, 1839, Eremochares dives (Brulle 1833), Podalonia dispar (Taschenberg 1869), Podalonia tydei (Le Guillou, 1841), Prionyx crudelis (F. Smith, 185), Prionyx sp.nov, Astata boops (Schrank 1781), Bembix tranquebarica Gmelin, 1790, Bembix eburnea Radoszkowski, 1877, Bembecinus iranicus Schmid-Egger, 2004, Gorytes kohlii Handlirsch, 1888, Tachytes niloticus R. Turner, 1918, Tachytes tarsalis (Spinola, 1839), Tachysphex difficilis Straka and Schmid-Egger, 2015, Tachysphex micans (Radoszkowski, 1877), Tachysphex sericans Gussakovskij, 1952, Miscophus ctenopus Kohl, 1885, Liris subtessellatus (F. Smith 1856), Liris opalipennis (Kohl 1898) that Species Prionyx sp .nov new to the world and 7 species Podalonia dispar (Taschenberg 1869), Gorytes kohlii Handlirsch, 1888, Tachytes niloticus R. Turner, 1918, Tachysphex sericans Gussakovskij 1952, Tachysphex difficilis Straka and Schmid-Egger, 2015, Miscophus ctenopus Kohl, 1885, and Liris opalipennis (Kohl 1898) are newly recorded for the fauna of Iran.
