Abstract

The importance of the presence of rare elements in the body of living beings is not about anyone. The increase or shortage of any of these elements can cause disturbances in metabolic processes. High-heeled hedgehogs that are concentrated in Central Asia, including Iran, especially in Zabul, are the smallest species of Iranian hedgehogs. So far,no study has been done on rare elements in the tissues of this animal. Due to the high population The animal in the region, keeping it in most of the country's zoos, and the problem of diseases caused by nutritional abnormalities that most zoos are confronted with, were considered necessary to eliminate the hedgehogs (males and females) caused by road accidents , A large number of them die each year, to prepare a tissue sample. After decomposition of the sample, the protein digestion (with the use of The hydrochloric acid) done by Absorption was measured. Data were analyzed by statistical method sigma stat3.5 with p <0.05. The results for iron element in liver tissue (977.39 ± 207.19, 1013.64 ± 305, 533 ± 533), kidney (203.6 ± 25.31, 241.92 ± 22.41, 241 ± 22.41) and muscle Male 98.49 ± 8.41, 104.107 ± 12.59), copper in liver (16.48 ± 3.42, 17.44 ± 4.38, 17.64 ± 38.4), kidney (22.23 ± 14.3) 15, 15.89 ± 3.88) and muscle (12.43 ± 7.27,12.96 ± 2.87), zinc values in the liver (male 183.45 ± 35.53, 18.33 ± 35.55, Article 17/39 (32.17 ± 7.18, 53.17 ± 7.18, 62.31 ± 7.35, 62.31 ± 7.35) and in the germ (male, 38.44 ± 6.24, 41.44 ± 3.434, 41.34 ± 3.62) and the manganese levels in The liver (5.83 ± 1.441, 6.17 ± 1.77) in the kidney (1.72 ± 0.77, 2.93 ± 0.83) and in the muscle tissue (male ± 15 ± 0.32) (1/37 ± 0/44 micrograms per gram of dry weight.
