Abstract

The Urmia lake is one of the most important issues of the revival, regional, and national crisis. Also, it is one of the main demands of the people in the East and West Azerbaijan province. Which is known in the agricultural sector as a big change. Lifestyle, business and the professions, and livelihoods of people in the region must change, because instead of the traditional lands of the Province and planting in the basin of the lake limit and no operation of water control,despite its agricultural water consumption, low efficiency and not cost-effectiveness of replacing areas of modern agriculture, the government, pay at least yearly rental water rates to farmers for agriculture in the 510 million cubic meters of annual region into the lake. Therefore,This study analyzes the economic and financial removing agricultural land from cultivation of tea Jb¬Shyr castle dam lake's basin using cost-benefit analysis is Prdakhthshdh. The data was collected by random sampling and questionnaire. STATA software package version 14 , EXCEL and COMFAR3 was used for analysing the data.The results showed that the project is not economically justified
