Abstract

Nowadays, different countries, whether developed or developing, according to the features of the Free Zones to achieve the goals of national economic development, attract foreign investments, the relative superiority, create job opportunities, training human resources increased due to service activities, empirical knowledge with the global economy, regional development and change of backward development centers, industries have attempted to establish free trade zones. Now according to this, the study aimed to analyze and forecast the creation of free trade zone in the city has been Mirjaveh. The aim of this study was to identify the capacities and potentials of the city Mirjaveh to create a free trade zone free trade zone and the effect on the development of the city Mirjaveh in the future. In this study, the research methodology is descriptive - analytic. For this purpose, in the first place, based on relevant criteria and using the technique of panels to collect required data to be are investigated. Data collection in this section consists of two stages: one, the list of challenges and potentials existing in the success or failure of Mirjaveh to create a free trade area affect the other, the list of challenges and potential that the members panels in the future as a challenge and potential success rate Mirjaveh city as a free trade zone will be effective. Eventually, after analyzing the interaction matrix, the matrix method to analyze the structural relationship between Mick Mac (Mic Mac) was applied. Based on the results obtained from the analysis of structural and software Mick Mac, variables do not look at the development of the city and the region through the eyes of officials, national and local, lack of facilities and equipment and the lack of suitable accommodations in the city to create free trade zone lack of public and private investment as key variables are known. The key variables are variables that control them and also due to the high effectiveness of the system, and thus emphasize the strategic importance of these variables is essential to guide future changes. The variables away from the center of the country, lack of access to raw materials and energy, shares a long border, the lack of national will to develop 's infrastructure in the short term, the existence of a culture of nomadic and tribal, state weather bad as influential variables are . Since the high-impact and effectiveness of low as well as uncontrollable as they are to the environment, they are (except variables the existence of nomadic and tribal culture, the lack of national will to develop 's infrastructure in the short term) as variables critical system have been introduced , so in all policies related to the development of the study area are important. Finally, by comparing analysis was performed on two matrices composed concluded-with the absence key variables in District 1, either challenges or potential and increase the influence of variables District 2 shows that the system has major problems faced and been enjoyed not the A stable state And can be used by policy and planning and implementation of policies and programs as well as the geographical conditions of the area in the future development of the city and the surrounding areas Mirjaveh basic and important steps taken.
