Abstract

resilience as one of the most important factors for flexibility and raising readiness rural communications as well as a way to increase vigor this societies by using their potential against instability consequent economic social spatial and environmental bodies factors with the aim of population survival in rural settlements the amount and how human social tolerance and backing to the initial condition will have effect. This is an applied research and by using analytical descriptive method with aim of survival and sustainability of rural location to analyze important factors in resilience of rural areas in sistan. The study of this research are all of the rural settlements of 5 county consist of zabol, zahak, hamoon, hirmand and nimroz are scatter by using sharp formula between of 796 rural 40inhabitance are chosen and by using kokeran formula of 51663 rural households 381 sample randomly selected and with questionnaire according to lykot spectrum was studied. Reliability of research by using cronbachs alpha 0/853 respectively that the coordination of high internal stability research tool then to analysis the results of questionnaires of statistic analysis and correlation through SPSS software as well as Excel software to draw graphs and maps and to get needed maps GIS software is used. The finding of the study indicate that the amount of regression test p-value error level 0/05 is smaller and test the null hypothesis is rejected. As well as coefficient standard economic factors of 0/378 greatest impact on the resilience villages. Pearson correlation coefficient showed that between measure resilience habitation with distance to city there is a significant relationship is equal to -0/25 which indicate that with decreased of village distance from city the severity of resilience is reduced.
