Abstract

Poverty is a serious threat to penetrate all levels of society to fight the authorities, put on the agenda, are social justice and equitable distribution. Poverty is caused by expansion of deprivation and inequality, immigration, margin retreat, rising crime and the tilt everyone. These are strong evidences is an urgency in addressing this matter. Inequality as a problem that most of this century has the look its focus. Expanding and increasing deprivation added community the poor without a doubt is rooted in inequality. The study also developed to address disparities in deprivation dimension, quality and basic damage as a concrete phenomenon in rural areas and the central Iranian border be done using scientific texts and books and documents related with the field research method analytical-descriptive. In this study the collected data and about 224 villages as examples and systematic sampling are selected from province Sistan-Baluchistan, Kurdistan, Hormozgan, Khorasan shomali, Golestan, Tehran, Qazvin, Hamadan, Yazd and Chahar Mahal and Bakhtiari, to analyze the data and compare it with in the three sections 65, 75 and 85 and determine the process changes using the Excel software and models, and scattering coefficient Gini coefficient discussed. research findings indicate that most aspects of social inequality has been allocated to villages in the border regions and the central and central regions increased availability has led to the creation of more opportunities in this area. The results also indicate that inequality in the central region of the damage index ability and access to basic needs, particularly over the border areas are evident and are seen to be inequality in the peak level in 1385.
