Abstract
Oriented approaches to reducing unemployment, general business development, outside the field and making a variety of rural income in recent years are the planners in most developing countries, especially in our country. Thus identifying local entrepreneurial capacities are important. These articles explanatorily approach - analysis with the aim of presenting and developing practical framework Astronomy capacity development activities in the village's entrepreneurial sector is derived in Sedeh District of Eghlid County Questions that will be expected from this research in these ways, 1- In Sedeh District in Eghlid environmental capacity for nonagricultural entrepreneurship is the priority. 2 - in terms of location, capacity development between villages sector entrepreneurship are different century.
