Abstract

According to the widespread different population of options and growth in areas with diverse ecological conditions, at the end of diversity, different species of Tamarix stricta have been checked with the ISSR techniques. For this purpose, 7 populations of this species were collected from Sistan natural habitats, and their genetic structure was studied. To evaluate the morphological features, 3 populations were studied in detail randomly. Parameters of genetic diversity such as the number of effective alleles, Shannon index, heterozygosity rate the determination of genetic distance Neil’s and Jacquard coefficient between the population and genetic discrimination population through drawing Reticologram and the determination of the closeness of the studied species by drawing cluster analysis were carried out. The results showed that ther are three different groups as the genetic diversity, in which three groups, population of “Khodadad Rakhshani” with the “Zehak city” and “Ghaleno”, population of “Khemar” with “Akbarabad” and populations of “Nykmohamad Barahui” with “Mohammad Abad” are the same. The results of this study showed that molecular markers are useful tool to evaluate morphological and genetic characteristics and precise identification of plant communities.
