The aim of this study is the use of biomarkers as filler ash oak tree and its impact on the physical and mechanical properties of wood flour Fir wood-polymer composite made of Peru Palin, Palin is maleic anhydride poly Peru. For this reason, those of wood flour and polypropylene Dicer into account as a natural phase as the synthetic phase of 50 to 50% by weight of wood ash as filler in four levels (0, 10, 15, 25%) weight percent of the wood material with nanoclay particles at three levels (0, 2, 4%) compared to polypropylene and polystyrene maleic anhydride Peru Palin to 3% of all ingredients (except the control) is compared to polypropylene in the extruder under a temperature of 160 degrees Celsius and speed 70 rpm was mixed. Test samples for testing according to ASTM standard of TGA and DTA thermal analysis and mechanical tests (bending strength, flexural modulus, tensile strength, tensile modulus, impact resistance) and physical (water absorption and thickness swelling) were made by injection molding machine . To interpret the results photographed scanning electron (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD) was carried out as well as the structural changes of test samples analyzed using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) was investigated. Thermal Test results showed that by increasing the amount of nano-clay and ash to improve thermal stability of the nanocomposites. The wood-polymer composite nano-structural studies using X-ray diffraction showed that the distribution of nanoparticles in the polymer matrix of clay and ash layer is between the layers decreased with increasing distance between them. Tests of physical and mechanical properties for the presence or absence of significant difference between treatments by factorial experiment in a completely randomized design using SPSS software analysis and if there is a significant difference between the treatment of multiple range test Duncan 95% was used to select the best surface treatment. The results showed that with increasing ash from 0 to 15 percent of physical strength and rose to 25 percent fly ash was reduced physical strength, while ash with increased impact strength decreased. Nanoclay particles also increases from 0 to 4% physical and mechanical resistance but notched impact strength decreased.
