Abstract

Global research indicates that the shortage of water resources in the Middle East and competition for use of water resources in the region play an important role in the national security of any of these countries. One of the main water resources, water resources, specifically water level in the reservoir. A tank methods to improve utilization of vessels is the Jyrh¬Bndy policy. Jyrh¬Bndy policy for water supply in dry periods and low seasons of high water towards the cost of the water used. Jyrh¬Bndy main objective was to reduce the stresses caused by the massive water shortages. In this thesis, the effect of agricultural policy funding status of the drive is rationed rationing policy on the application to apply tension, so that the tensions derogability and funding is uniform. In this study VOSHMGIR Dam in Golestan province due to lower volume and higher demand for agriculture was selected as the study area and colonial competition and annealing algorithms as optimization techniques were considered. Drnrm¬Afzar was the MATLAB programming. The objective of this study Hdaql¬Sazy reducing the need and the cost of the dam was releasing Jyrh¬Bndy policy. The funding due to lower downstream river discharge decreased in three consecutive years from 1380 to 1382. By applying constraints and objective function Jyrh¬Bndy policy in annealing algorithms and colonial rivalry, the lowest objective function after annealing algorithm equivalent 0.004369 to 500 times and the algorithm after 1000 times of colonial rivalry 0.33987 respectively .hrchh the optimization objective function is less Mtlvb¬Try been made. And to analyze the performance of indices Algvrytm¬Ha planning of water resources as a percentage of supply reliability index, vulnerability index, Brgsht¬Pzyry index and stability index was calculated. The rate of change volume, volume threshold diet-packing, Jyrh¬Bndy rule curve and the release was extracted. According to the assessment of supply and demand indices annealing algorithms to colonial competition algorithm performance was Mtlvb¬Try.
