Abstract
The rapid increase in urban population as a result of migration from rural to urban settles and the lack of systematic and accurate planning in most cities of Iran cause many problems in them. One of the main problems is to reduce per capita urban services, including educational services. Educational services is one of the most important services and municipal facilities that in terms of the spatial distribution at viewpoint of its direct impact on the welfare of families, reduce inter-urban journeys, relevance and solidarity spaces, elegance of city,... is extremely sensitive. The purpose of this research is to determine the current location of educational facilities and appointment of compatibility with adjacent uses, evaluation educational practical at viewpoint of adjustment matrix, favorite matrix and the capacity matrix and checking per capita of infrastructure, per capita open space of Zabol’s high schools. In this research the descriptive-analytical method will be used and it is application- visionary type. After completing the data base in GIS, the locational and descriptive information are combined, then the analysis of information will be done with GIS, and finally the maps will be created as outputs. Almost all the schools have the shortage of per capita according to the city standards in per capita and capacity matrix.
