Abstract

Mellitus diabetes is a chronic disease that causes many economic and social casts in allover the world and different gene are known in relation with diabetes. The place of CYP3A4 gene is on chromosom 7 and the most number of subestra among cytochrome p450 anzyms is belong to it. There is gene CYP3A4 in the andopelasm net of all tissues except brain, although the place of gathering this protoien is in the liver and prostate. The main aim of currens study is getting probable relation between special variants in CYP3A4 gene with diabete type 2 with the way of sequencing. In The study that was done in the Faculty of Veterinary of Zabol university in 1392 showed that there was no special differences ( causes to changes in protein conformation ) in the level of nucleotid sequence in gene CYP3A4 among founded DNA samples of patients of diabetes type 2 with healthy samples.
