Abstract

The most obvious City manifestation of the basic human and crystallization space. The most awesome City gathering place since the beginning of human life and human life on the city's most important historical periods of mankind. Certainly the same time, the rise of urbanization, it has been designed and beauty. The purpose of the Design and Urban beauty improve the living conditions and needs of residents in the village of mankind .In this regard, the present study of artificial and natural environment in the beautiful landscape of the city of Zabol (case study: the one and two). Methodology of the present research was the analytical- descriptive method and based on documental, library studies and field surveys. Also, according to the research aim, used of Software MATLAB (fuzzy logic inference method) ARCGIS, SPSS and VIKOR model to data analysis. The results of the questionnaire show that the aesthetic appearance of Zabol is a type of visual disturbance. Study examine areas due to environmental factors, artificial and natural beautify the urban landscape using fuzzy TOPSIS model suggests that the second zone is in the first place. Results prioritization of artificial and beautify the natural landscape of Zabol using fuzzy Chang shows that street furniture is allocated the most points. Finally, according to results of a study carried out by both hypotheses are confirmed.
