Abstract
The development, which aims to implement the marketing and development of pedestrian areas in cities and the recognition and enforcement priority as firstclass elements of urban pedestrians; and design centers in neighborhoods and sustainable development as one of the pillars of planning and urban design has become. During the past decade; Overreliance modern city needs to maintain and rehabilitate the roadway and neglect of pedestrian spaces that declining social values, cultural, visual and reducing the quality of the urban environment in these tissues yielded, Much criticism from experts about urban issues in modern urban development plan is made.
