Abstract
Feasibility studies are a means that can better clarify the situation for the planners and attempt to improve the present situation by omitting part of instability. At the beginning of the third millennium and the twenty-first century, people increasingly feel the need to use communication technologies. Meanwhile, faraway villages and areas have been less involved with this new technology while in many developed and developing countries the benefits of these technologies for villagers have become clear. In today’s villages, villagers travel to cities to use various services and they face many dangers in the meantime. However, in the third millennium villages several valuable services are provided for villagers as communicative technologies appear. One most valuable service of this kind is Tele Service. Accordingly, the present research is done with the aim of investigating the feasibility of providing Tele Services to rural settlements around the cities of Zabol Township. The main research methodology is a combination of analytical-descriptive methods based on document, library and field studies. The statistical population includes rural areas located at (0- 15) radius of Zabol Township. In order to analyze the data from questionnaires and field observation forms, spatial and statistical analyses and AHP method was applied. Based on the correlation in the first research hypothesis, because the test result (0.093 ) is significant at ≥0.05, the first hypothesis is rejected; also, regarding the one sample T-test, for the second and third research hypotheses it can be said that villagers are not willing to use Tele Services and commercial center owners are unwilling to provide such services.
