Abstract
Agriculture sector growth is essential as a platform for achieving development goals in developing countries. Development economists in general and agricultural economists in particular, they stressed that agriculture can contribute to economic growth. What is important today, is given the capabilities of agriculture, against globalization. It is clear that globalization is makes rapid growth of trade in the world and reduces the cost of information and communication. Given the importance of agriculture in developing countries and the need to joining Iran to the world trade organization and trade liberalization, the aim of this study was to investigate the influence of trade liberalization on export, import, and domestic supply and demand products of agriculture in Iran. For this purpose it is necessary to be estimated models of supply, demand, import and export. In this study was calculated export function, Import function, supply function and demand function selected agricultural products. And was investigated the effects of liberalization over them using the method of ARDL and Nerlove model. The data was used of software Eviews. The results showed that trade liberalization over domestic supply wheat negative impact on the domestic supply. Three other products are ineffective. Trade liberalization over domestic demand wheat and pistachio ineffective, and the domestic demand Banana positive effect on the domestic demand dates negative impact as well as trade liberalization on import wheat bananas and export pistachio and dates a positive impact.
