Abstract
The aim of this study was to evaluate and assess the effectiveness of the development project MENARID and explain the range of social, economic and environmental issues of our city is in the villages. The method, based on a literature review, documentary and field studies (completed observation forms the village square) written reports and interviews with the leaders of the respective organizations. In data collection, the most important indicators of sustainable development in social, economic and environmental contributions of scientific resources extraction, design, approved by experts question the authenticity of letters relating to rural development and the project was evaluated MENARID. To analyze the data, analysis, hierarchical model, (AHP) and Expert choice Spss statistical analysis and software were used. 4 village of Plan MENARID in our city as the population has been selected. And social dimensions of participation are equally important.
