Abstract
Metabolic syndrome (MetS): a set of metabolic disorders and risk factors is said to have an increased risk of CVD (cardiovascular disease) and diabetes are associated. Several reasons have been identified as main factors of metabolic syndrome, including abdominal obesity, high blood pressure, high blood sugar, inflammation, dyslipidemia (high-density lipoprotein decreased LDL and increased HDL-C LDL-C; so diagnosis and treatment of syndrome metabolic can be used as a strategy to prevent cardiovascular disease should be considered. Turmeric is curcumin, a polyphenol plant and the active ingredient. The project aims to investigate the effect of curcumin on HSCRP enhancer according to the type of polymorphism in the target population. at first drug to get the anthropometric per person, 20 cc blood was taken from each person and also approved diet IDF, 3 groups treated with conventional curcumin complex Fsfvlpydy and placebo. 20 cc of blood were taken again after this period, BT 3000 by the HSCRP was tested for comparison. After extracting DNA from blood samples for VEGF gene polymorphisms RS6921438 RFLP-PCR technique was used. In this approach, the target DNA by pre-designed primer, PCR amplification technique finds. The PCR products were digested by restriction enzyme acting. After treatment with the restriction endonuclease-specific PCR products on agarose gel they're hip. The pattern of bands on the gel indicate the type of SNP will be created. After the stage of sampling, data were entered into SPSS version 16 was used for statistical analysis. Results: In our study between anthropometric measurements before and after the intervention, there was no significant difference. There was no significant difference between the groups as well as the HSCRP. And between polymorphisms and changes hc-crp no significant relationship due to drug use.
