Abstract
City Beautiful is not a project but a process is the development process visual properties is conducted in the urban areas. The aim of this study was to investigate and analyze the situation and provide guidelines for the organization of the city was to beautify the city Bojnoord. This study is based on analytical methodology and library studies and investigations survey-is. The population in this study population at the last census in 1390 in which a Bojnoord, 199791 people have been announced. The results derived from the analysis of data on ANFIS (adaptive networkbased fuzzy inference system), with membership function TRIMF and the correlation coefficient (R^2), 0.50 percent, shows that the component beautify Bojnoord parts of the area is the one at a disadvantage. The sensitivity analysis in the model, "plan" with a correlation coefficient of 0.92 per cent has the greatest impact on beautification Bojnoord. Expert Choice software based on the ranking indices in the City Beautiful Bojnoord It results from its index, which is expected to originate a final weight of 0.333 is the socio-cultural indicators. The final results of the investigation show that the best way to improve the beautification Bojnoord cultural mosaic relatives living in the city with plans to beautify and upgrade components "plan" and also is the participation of the people. In other words, the authorities improve physical space, mental space for citizens to participate addressing.
