Abstract

Agriculture development and incensement the agriculture products in the development of the rural regions affect on the economic development of the state. Therefore it is so important for the planners to determine the challenges and obstacles of this way. Being so important, the agriculture for the “Kuzaran” district in Kermanshah province is faced with lots of socio- economic challenges. Though the current research is to determine the aspects of the pathology of the agricultural production in order to determine, analyze, and take solutions to troubleshoot them in the “Kuzaran” district of Kermanshah. The method of the research was based on the cross-sectional and survey methods and to analyze the data Excel software and SWOT method were used. Based on the assessment of the strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats, the agricultural products of the Kuzaran district were studied socio- economically. The results imply the head of the rural council lack of input-support as the most serious threat to economic agricultural production in the region, as well as the agricultural development socially, removing restrictions on promotion and education was on priority, as well as aggressive competitive strategy in relation to farming activities were identified as the most important strategy
