Abstract

Trace elements essential element for an enzyme systems involved in many metabolic processes are animals. Shortages or increasing any of these elements will be both problematic. For this study, samples of blood from the jugular vein 32 mountain goats (of both sexes) were taken, all antelopes in appearance and were clinically healthy. After separation of serum from blood samples of protein digestion (using perchloric acid and nitric acid) was performed. The ICP was measured using a spectrophotometer to measure the amounts of iron, zinc, copper, manganese them to be measured. Results were calculated by Sigma Stat 3.5 software for statistical analysis of test T (T- test) were used. The significant difference between the copper elements in both sexes showed (p<0/05) and other elements in the two sexes did not show a statistically significant difference (P>0/05).
