Abstract

Measurement of serum proteins and the determination of the electrophoresis profile are important diagnostic assistance in clinical biochemistry. The electrophoresis of serum proteins is the used lab test to separate serum proteins based on their size and electric charge. The purpose of this study is to determine the electro psoriasis profile of the serum proteins in small Asian mongoose under the influence of gender. 29 healthy adult mongoose (is male) 14 female were caught from different areas of Sistan plain in the spring of 2016 by trapping method. After bloodletting and isolating blood serum the different fractions of serum protein were indicated using Agarse gel electrophoresis. The results of this study are as follows: total protein in male: 3.36± 0.04
