Abstract

Ethnicities in our country, has a long historical record that from the beginning of their dwelling in the land of Iran, had spent a lot of ups and downs. In recent decades Qvm¬Grayy instability, conflicts and crises in various parts of the world. In the recent history of Iran occasionally witnessed the emergence of ethnicity and its complications among ethnic groups and among people of Sistan been Qvm¬Gray. The aim of this study was to investigate the role of ethnicity and Qvm¬Grayy in Sistan rural development has been inhibited. The study population is the total rural households Zehak city; Br¬Asas Statistics 1390, the city has 141 village is the sample size was determined using a sample of 376 households. To achieve this goal the variables of ethnicity and risk factors of deterrence has been questioned and eventually these variables using proper tests were analyzed using SPSS software. The results showed that the inhibition of Sistan Qvm¬Grayy has helped.
