Abstract

One of the most important variables that can be considered in calculation basis planning is the size and characteristics of the population and the changes in the past, present and future. Providing the needs such as nutrition, health, education, employment, housing, social security, etc. are directly related to the size and population changes. In most programs, while paying attention to the whole population, certain groupings becomes necessary, therefore, in addition to knowing the volume and rate of population growth in the future, knowing the age and sex structure of the population is also of great importance. The research is based on a hybrid approach (survey methods and descriptive and analytical methods). According to the information available at this stage of the demographic changes, the threat was posed by the changes in the villages studied and paid, and then, the next step statistical methods and formulas used in order to analyze the data and providing. SPSS software and Excel are used to analyze the data and information was extracted form statistical yearbook and The State Statistics. According to the 1390 census, Javanrood Township has 71,235 inhabitants; rural areas are 19,752 people, 17,854 households by 4817 the rural village with 139 points and also consist of two parts and 4 villages. The whole population of the villages in the study area using population data from the years 1365- 1390 can be done. The results showed that the rate of employment in rural areas Javanrood census periods, respectively, 89/49, 74/32 and 78/79 percent 03/51 percent employment rate and the mean, standard deviation and variance of 66/356 to 89/18 percent to be allocated. The unemployment rate as of the census villages in the region with the 92/12, 38/19 and 99/14 percent and the average unemployment rate of 76/15%, the standard deviation was 3.30 and the variance 89/10
