Abstract
Category of the most important issues and concerns of the urban landscape architects, urban designers, urban planners, landscape architects, designers and psychologist’s environment is the environment. Sustainable development of public spaces in the city of Zahedan (Case study: two quarters bozorgmehr and students) deals. The research is descriptive - analytical studies based on library, survey documents and survey methods in the study of Zahedan is the quarters. The techniques of multiple discriminant analysis, logistic regression, neural networks and fuzzy logic and genetic algorithms are used whenever possible- results of a questionnaire to gather information and images used quarters been studied. And to document the results of statistical analysis and presentation of the final solution, a researcher from the statistical method using the software SPSS, Clementine 3 and Article 14 (MATLAB) to analyze the data and information is provided. ) were used to test the results of fuzzy neural networks using data collected in the questionnaires completed by the target population (local residents) were obtained with a correlation coefficient (0.96) and the mean average error (0.09) and root Average errors (0.11) is positive and significant numbers. So the results of this study show that the perspective of sustainable urban planning, promoting sustainable development perspective, assessing priorities for sustainable development perspective and the development of public spaces in the city of Zahedan, there was a significant relationship.
