Abstract

Relationship between rural population and habitat construction are interaction and there is a close relationship between them. So any change in population or rural habitat construction, will be along changes with other. Thus, this study examines the effects of demographic changes on the physical construction - space rural central district in Lenjan Township. This study had been done descriptive -analysis based library- documents, information, interviews and completing questionnaires as simple random sampling in the villages of central district Lenjan Township. Result has been analyzed by SPSS software. Findings show that the more populous villages compared with the more sparsely populated villages, have bigger and more diverse construction (More land use).The results show that changes in population over the last three decades has declined the number of villages in central district Lenjan township and number 35 in 1976 has reached to 11 villages in 2006. Also during the last three decades has affected the population on housing characteristics and housing on population of villages’ central district in Lenjan Township. Demographic changes have changed the residential units in a home, housing demand, housing property and housing area in rural of central district in Lenjan Township. Also the housing change have affected on demographic factors such as immigration, the number of children and the number of household members
